Hire Terms & Conditions:
1. Ownership:
The equipment supplied for hire remains at all times the property of Dolci Sapori Imports (DSI).


2. Inspection:
Equipment will be checked by a DSI staff member prior to pick up. Upon pickup it is the Hire’s responsibility to ensure all equipment is accounted for. The Hirer agrees to the following: a. All equipment is accounted for prior to departing with the goods b. Equipment is in satisfactory condition c. Any damages to the goods are noted prior to departing with the goods


3. Terms of Payment:
The Hirer agrees to the following: 50% deposit will be paid upon making the booking Remainder 50% will be paid upon pick up of goods or prior Bond will be paid upon pick up of goods or prior The Hirer agrees that any damages or repairs will be paid for in full.

Paypal, Direct Deposit, Cash


5. The Hirer’s Obligations
The Hirer must:
a. Accept responsibility for the equipment hired from the time of pick up until delivery;
b. Use the equipment in a proper, safe and prudent manner and only for the purpose and capacity for which it was designed;
c. Ensure all equipment is returned in a clean, dry and properly packed condition. The Hirer must pay all cleaning and drying costs for any damage resulting from not properly drying, cleaning or packing the equipment.
d. The hirer agrees to pay a $10.00 Cleaning Fee, which means no actual dry cleaning, or washing of product is needed.


6. Loss of or Damage to Equipment
If on the return of the equipment it is found to be in a non working order, the Hirer shall pay to the owner the cost and expenses of restoring the equipment to a clean condition and good working order. If any linen is returned with burns, holes, rips and staple marks they will be charged at full replacement cost. As linen is not required to be cleaned by the Hirer if linen is returned unclean but with stains including but not limited to candle wax, mould, rust, graffiti or heavy food beverage stains that are unable to be restored to a clean condition by ordinary laundering procedures, DSI will be obligated to have expert cleaning completed for the goods, that cost will then be on forwarded to the Hirer.


7. Cancellations
A minimum of 14 days notice is required to cancel your booking for any hired goods. Failure to cancel within 14 days of the hire date will result in a loss of your 50% deposit.
